MEET MOMS COFFEE CLUB
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Welcome to Meet Moms Coffee Club (“MMCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, joining our online community, or participating in an MMCC meetup, event, or activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Community Purpose
Meet Moms Coffee Club is a community created to help moms connect, build friendships, and participate in local meetups, events, and activities.
MMCC is a community organization and is not a childcare provider, medical provider, counseling service, transportation service, or professional supervision service.
Meetups, Events & Side Quests
MMCC may organize or share information about weekly meetups, quarterly events, Side Quests, and other community activities.
Dates, times, locations, availability, event details, and activities may change or be canceled at any time, including due to weather, venue availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances.
Some activities may be open to the public, while others may be reserved for MMCC community members.
Participation is always voluntary.
Parent & Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, care, and behavior of their children during MMCC meetups, events, Side Quests, and other activities.
MMCC administrators, volunteers, members, venues, and other participants are not providing childcare or assuming responsibility for supervising another participant’s child unless expressly stated otherwise.
Children should remain under the supervision of their parent or responsible guardian at all times.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in community activities may involve ordinary risks associated with parks, playgrounds, public venues, outdoor activities, travel, weather, crowds, food, animals, recreational activities, and interaction with other participants.
By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and any children in your care.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants accept responsibility for risks associated with their voluntary participation.
Third-Party Locations & Activities
MMCC frequently meets at businesses, parks, attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, event venues, and other locations that are independently owned or operated.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, MMCC is not affiliated with, responsible for, or in control of these third-party businesses or venues.
Participants are responsible for following the rules, policies, admission requirements, waivers, and safety requirements of each location.
Any purchases, admission fees, food, transportation, reservations, or other expenses are the participant’s responsibility unless MMCC specifically states otherwise.
Community Conduct
We want MMCC to remain welcoming and respectful.
Participants are expected to treat other members, children, administrators, venue staff, and community partners with kindness and respect.
MMCC reserves the right to restrict or remove access to community spaces, member-only information, meetups, or events when conduct is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the wellbeing of the community.
Photos & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken during MMCC activities and may be shared through MMCC's website, social media pages, or community platforms when appropriate.
We respect that not every family wants to appear in photographs or online content. Participants should communicate photography or privacy concerns to an MMCC administrator.
Where specific consent is required by applicable law or MMCC policy, MMCC will seek that consent before using identifiable images for the applicable purpose.
Member-Only Information
Certain event details, Side Quests, community discussions, locations, or other information may be limited to MMCC members.
Member-only information should not be publicly distributed when MMCC has identified that information as private or restricted.
Access to member-only areas may be changed or revoked when necessary to protect the community.
Website Information
We work to keep information on this website accurate and current; however, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, or up to date.
For the latest event details, members should refer to the communication channel identified by MMCC for that particular activity.
External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms, forms, businesses, venues, or event resources.
MMCC does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Meet Moms Coffee Club name, branding, original website content, graphics, and other original materials belong to MMCC and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMCC and its administrators, volunteers, and representatives are not liable for losses, injuries, damages, accidents, theft, property damage, or other claims arising from voluntary participation in MMCC activities or use of third-party locations and services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as MMCC grows or our website, activities, or community practices change.
The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
